SCHEDULE
Session types:
-CrossFit: group fitness classes with a predefined workout, coached for the entire session. Booking in advance required.
-CF Options: session available for one on ones, and groups (4 or more), contact for more information.
-Intro session: free to anyone curious about our gym and CrossFit. Class includes review of functional fitness, introduction to training methodology with a hands on warm up and workout. Book in advance.
-Open option: for those who want to come in and do their own thing, confirm with the trainer what type of workout you want to do and book in advance.
